But there are some more feature rich REST API tools that are browser plugins that are cross platform.

A tip to anyone who plans to enhance the tool from the source on GitHub - perhaps use the source code from the browser plugins (if OSS licensing permits) and port functionality into this tool. There are several that I know of on GitHub, for say, Chrome browser.</description>
